Online Hypnosis Session
Online hypnosis works just like in-person sessions – the only difference is we’re connected through technology instead of sharing the same room. You’ll be guided into a relaxed state where we’ll work with your subconscious to align your thoughts with your true desires. By the end, you’ll return to full awareness, and we’ll wrap up the session.
I know opening up can feel intimidating, but let me reassure you – all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You’re always in control. No one can make you do, say, or feel anything you don’t want to. You’re fully awake and aware the entire time, and there’s no risk of “getting stuck” in hypnosis. That just doesn’t happen – ever.
Our initial consultation helps uncover your real goals. For example, if you want to lose weight, we’ll dig deeper – why do you feel the need to lose weight? What habits are holding you back? Is it exercise, diet, or a specific food that’s challenging? This process helps us get to the root cause and see if it’s a change you truly want.
